RefunD Policy

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once you complete payment on your bookings, they are final so please make sure to consider your health as well as all work and travel commitments beforehand. In the event of make-up classes not matching the original price of the intended signed-up class, credit differences will not be given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability before signing up.

We reserve the right to change or cancel a class up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received. In the event of a class or course being cancelled or rescheduled, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates, times or venues. You agree to accept all reasonable changes made by us, but nonetheless agree that in the event of a cancellation or postponement initiated by us, our maximum liability limited to a refund of the cancelled class or activity to account credits.

In the event of an injury or medical illness you may request to be withdrawn from your classes via email.  This must be accompanied by a medical certificate and/or doctor's letter certifying that you will not be able to exercise for at least 2 weeks. TCM, Physio or other alternative healthcare provider letters will not be accepted. Credit refunds reflects a complete withdrawal from the course, this means that any missed classes will unfortunately no longer be available.

Any credit refunds will be based on the date of your doctor's letter or when you inform us (whichever is later) according to the following schedule:​​

For mini terms the following schedule applies instead:​

Refunded credits issued must be utilised by the next term (ie if you withdraw from Term 4, you must use your credits in Term 5) otherwise they will expire. Extension of credits will only be considered in the event the medical condition is prolonged and must be supported by a doctor's letter sent to our email address. Request for extension under any new circumstances not related to the original medical condition will likely be rejected.
