DIVA LEVEL CLASSES

bb diva

This Beginner Pole level introduces students to the world of the pole where we will carefully share basic terminology, safety, and techniques, followed by learning numerous fun pole moves in a super fun routine.

Pre-requisite: None! Please come with shorts and a sports bra

DIVA 1

Now you're ready to climb higher! Take your tricks and spins to a new level exploring and venturing into inversions, more pretty tricks, and holds bonding with your new love and partner - your pole with a pole routine and make hanging upside down your new favourite pastime!

Pre-Requisites: Fireman Spin, Pole-Sit, Spin-Climb, Cradle

DIVA 2

Improve your flow, learn how to style and this class will drill intermediate level floor work sequences and pole tricks so that each DIVA feels confident in their abilities to move on and off the pole more comfortably in a full routine.

Pre-Requisites: Comfortable with ankle grab invert and chopper inverts from the ground. Must be able to Handstand Stag with ease

DIVA 3

Much of this class is off the ground so you're get stronger & sexier with a dance routine. Don’t rush through tricks just to tick-boxes, and don’t try to get ahead of yourself by trying tricks before your body is properly conditioned and with the right techniques!

Pre-Requisites: Comfortable with aerial inverts and leg hangs (both outside & inside) on both sides. Must be able to do a Handstand stag and straddle with ease

DIVA 4

Build on your Inversion Repertoire with Extended Butterfly, Shoulder Mounts & more! An extension to learning more tricks and combos at this level ensuring you build endurance and stamina for a routine.

Pre-Requisites: Must be able to aerial invert, perform leg hangs on both sides with ease, Brass-Monkey, and cup grip shoulder-mount (on both sides)

DIVA 5

SCORE! A for Advanced. You are now defying all laws of gravity and moving with flow and enjoying performing a routine executing tricks that you once never thought you were able to do.

POLE TRICKS

Work and refine to nail your Intermediate level tricks from your routine syllabus and then some! Perhaps spotted a new move on IG and wondering if you can give it a try?

If yes, then this class is for you!!

Tricks Fundamentals

Our DIVA technical instructors will coach you through invert drills and gaining proficiency in: lifting and not kicking into inverts, ankle grab and other beautiful combos. This class is necessary to safely advance to the next level in your pole dancing world. You will absolutely love it!

(BB Diva - Diva 1)

Tricks Intermediate 1

For those who have just completed fundamentals and is looking to dip their toe into intermediate tricks. prereqs include jamila, climbs to the ceiling. this class will help solidify your chopper and layback.

Tricks Intermediate 2
if you have completed tricks intermediate and is looking at something more advanced, but not quite advanced level yet. prereqs include chopper, OLH/ILH, butterfly.
Tricks ADVANCEd

This is where it gets serious. For the ultimate Advance level Tricks chasers looking to perfect those tricky moves. Clean up your pole flow combos, aerial tricks, and transitions with focus on technicality and proficiency for every move, focus on using the pole for twirls, climbs, inversions, holds, transitions, prep exercises, core and pole work.

Our technical instructors will help you troubleshoot that nemesis move!

GENRE CLASSES

Pole dancing is about so much more than technique and tricks. We teach an array of dance genres, there's truly something for everyone!

EXOTIC

You've watched and saved 500 Insta and Youtube videos on Exotic Pole Dance and now you're ready to take that class but where do you begin? In our EXO classes, you will learn how to move around static pole with grace and the technique to execute all the turns and pirouettes perfectly!

Lyrical

The word lyrical conjures an image of slow or fluid dance style. But in fact, lyrical dance often uses emotionally charged music selections to evoke those expressive emotions. The routine will involve flowy pole shapes, pretty combos, floor work and basic dance elements and are designed to help you improve co-ordination, gracefulness and balance.

Mandopole

Come groove to catchy and popular tunes of Mandopop while discovering your own signature style.  Dance the night away to songs ranging from slow ballads to heart pumping fast tunes!

Floorplay

Floorplay is everything about pole dancing, minus the pole.

CHAIR

All you need is a chair and some happy music, the kind that makes you want to move. Come to think of it, you can probably also do this lying down, or of course dancing on your feet.
