These classes focus on strengthening the core while flexibility and stretch exercises are designed to release tension to your shoulders, upper, mid back, hips and easing yourself to gaining a more flexible form with consistent conditioning training for pole, dancing and your overall wellbeing.

This is an open level class and we'll guide you through safely to your personal optimum.
