Luxotic II with Daphne

Learn a heels routine in Daphne's signature style. The focus will be on flowing around the pole and reacting to the music, and incorporating more complex elements in the choreography. In this workshop we will work on fluidity and control while dancing and learning how to use and listen to different layers in music. Warmup will be focused on flexibility. There will be a mixture of pole work and floor work in the routine - e.g. shoulder rolls, shoulder stands and different static spins.

✔️ Pre-requisites: must be able to invert and feel comfortable in handstands with the pole
